January 11, 2010: Greg Diamond, the new associate and Columbia Law grad, has now been with the firm for 6 months, and has drafted pleadings, prepared demand letters, screened potential clients, and negotiated settlements. His in depth thinking has produced a very effective early sounding board for Mr. Pray to test the merits of cases as we proceed with litigation.

January 11, 2010: Frank Pray attended his first Orange County Bar Association Meeting as the Chair Elect, and introduced the speaker, former CA State Senator Joe Dunn who presented membership with an "Elimination of Bias" teaching based on real world video vignettes. Mr. Dunn has been highly instrumental over the last 10 years in bringing a newly established law school to UCI, which had its first admitted class in 2009.
