I recommend a menu of cost-effective corrective actions that will minimize the risk of litigation.
I review current and proposed agreements between employer and employee, including severance agreements.
I revise handbooks to assure they are current with employment law developments and expanded duties.
I provide legal articles of interest to both the employer and employee community, and the groups that service them.
I write and publish books uniquely focused on the practical legal needs of employees and employers.
I litigate employment law cases for the employee (exclusively) before all state and federal courts in California.
I negotiate good cases aggressively to reach early, cost effective settlements.
I draft employment agreements.
